The web sites www.hsets.com and www.hsets.net, hereinafter called The Sites, are services from HSE Training Solutions SAS. This privacy policy is applicable only to the information we collect from the users of The Sites.

YOU ARE THE RESPONSIBLE TO REGULARLY CHECK THE CURRENT PRIVACY POLICY. What information is obtained from this site?

We automatically collect information each time you visit the sites. This may include, without limited to, your IP address, the type of computer you are using, and the browser used. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer when you are using the Internet. Each time you visit the site, our Web server may automatically recognize (whenever possible) your IP address. We may also use "cookies" and "web beacons". A "cookie" is a small amount of data which is sent to your browser froma web server and stored on the hard drive of your computer. Among other things, the cookies provide a means to the web sites you visit to perform a follow up of your patterns and on-line preferences. How do we use the information collected?

We can disclose personal id information about you to third parties that render services to us and undertake to keep said information according to this Privacy Policy. We can disclose personal id information on special situations when we have reasons to believe that disclosing this information is needed to identify, contact o take legal actions against someone that could have violated our terms of use or that may be causing damage or interferance with (intentionally or not) our rights or proprietorship, other users of The Sites, or any other person who may result harmed by said activities.

We can also disclose personal id information when we have reasons to believe that the Law needs it. We can purchase, sell or change our affiliation with independent chapters or other organizations or participate in businesses acquisitions, sales or affiliations. On such transacations, sometimes the personal id information is one of the transferred assets, but this will still be subject to the already existing Privacy Policy. Moreover, in the unlikely event that some or all of our assets are sold, personal id information may be one of the transferred assets.

We can disclose personal id information in aggregate to third parties, including, but not limited to, advertisers and business partners.

Do you have the option to decide to give information to us?

You may choose not to give personal information to us. However, if you don’t provide this information, you will not be able to access or use certain parts of The Sites. If you are a registered user, you can access, change, correct and update your personal id information given through your member account.

How your information is safely protected?

We keep physical and electronic backups to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to personal information. However, in spite of using said guarentees, the information transmitted through the Internet and/or stored on the systems connected to the Internet in not 100% safe. As a result, we can neither assure, nor guarantee the safety or integrity of said information.

How can we protect the childhood privacy?

The Sites are sites for the general public. We do not collect intentionally personal id information from the users of this site who are younger than thirteen years old.

Do the sites have links to other web sites?

While you are using The Sites, you may be linked or directed to other third party sites outside The Sites not under our control. Each of these third parties may have a privacy policy different from ours. We are not responsible for any action or policies of those third parties.
